THE FIRST DATE | DISCOVERY + VISION CALL
After submitting our inquiry form, we’ll hop on a discovery call to get to know you, your celebration, and everything you have in mind. We’ll talk through your wants, needs, must-haves, and wild ideas so we’re on the same page from the very beginning.
THE DESIGN CAVE | EVENT PLANNING + DESIGN
Next, we dive into the design cave and start bringing your celebration to life. We’ll create mood boards, develop your custom event plan, and walk you through the package and creative direction that best fit your vision.
From there, we keep you in the loop on design choices, decor, vendors, and all the little details along the way—then confirm everything before the big day so you never have to wonder what’s happening behind the scenes.
THE MAIN EVENT | SETUP + COORDINATION + BREAKDOWN
This is where you get to stop planning and start celebrating. We handle the heavy lifting—literally and figuratively—from setting up your decor and coordinating vendors to keeping the details on track while you make memories with your favorite people.
And when the party’s over? You keep mingling. We’ll handle the breakdown.
You literally just have to show up and we’ll do everything from conception to execution…no detail left untouched.

Once you send your owl with your request, we can get started! All jokes aside, it’s quite simple! Fill out our form here, we hop on a discovery call to get to know you and your event, we propose what we have in mind, you sign all the needed forms and we get to work while you relax.

We have an arsenal of vendors that we trust with all that we have to deliver what is needed. Having said that, if you have specific vendors you’d rather work with, we’d be happy to accommodate after a quick chat about it.

I almost needed binoculars to spot you from all the way over there! But seriously, when it comes to booking us for your event, there's no such thing as being too early. The sooner you reach out, the better chance you have of securing your desired date and giving us plenty of time to obsess over every little detail (in the best way possible, of course). But don't worry, we're no strangers to pulling off a great event with short notice too, so don't hesitate to hit us up!

We are two crazy people with perfectionist tendencies. If there's a way your event could go awry, chances are we thought of it and have a contingency plan in place. Multiple lists are created for each event to ensure that we know exactly what should be happening and when it’s supposed to be happening. Going in prepared gives us the edge & allows us to make smooth shifts as needed during your event.

Ah, the age-old question of "what if you don't have what I want?" Fear not, my friend! We have a serious shopping addiction, so our decor inventory is constantly changing. If you see something you like, we'll buy it. And if there's a specific piece that you absolutely must have, we'll move mountains to make it happen. But if by some rare chance we can't find what you're looking for, it just means that it wasn't meant to be. Trust us, the perfect piece is out there waiting for you!

The number one rule? Don't invite negative energy! Leave that stuff at the door, thank you very much. We want to surround ourselves with good vibes only, 'cause let's be real, life's too short for anything else. But if they somehow sneak their way in, let's show them some love and turn their frown upside down. Who knows, they might just end up being the life of the party too! If they become unruly and we notice signs that they may disrupt your event, we use the power of kind redirect and diffuse.

Absolutely out of this world! I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this team is! From start to finish they made me feel like a queen! We started our day getting our makeup done in our decorated suite that the ladies made up so perfectly! From balloons to an amazing spread of food and dessert. From there we went and did a professional photo shoot. This team set up the photographer, and also made props for pictures! Dinner was last on our to do list before we partied haha. The table was decorated so beautifully. They truly went all out. The whole day I was just in ah! They made it special and definitely one to remember ! Thank you ladies love you!!
