For this romantic Rochester proposal setup, we created a cozy, ethereal scene right under the trees — complete with:

a layered rug + lantern moment for the perfect “she said yes!” spot
twinkle lights draped throughout the setup
a nearby tree wrapped in lights, covered in hanging photos of the couple
their closest family + friends hiding behind the trees (our favorite detail)
a live band playing their favorite songs as the moment unfolded (yes, we cried)

For this surprise proposal at the suites at 3ng in the heart of downtown Rochester, we booked the space, set the scene, and created the perfect private moment on their second-floor deck:

a glowing “will you marry me?” sign
candles everywhere (because ambiance is everything)
florals + styling touches to make the space feel intimate and elevated

He walked her in, she gasped (the best reaction), he asked, she said yes — and then the two of them stayed to enjoy the sweetest little post-proposal picnic.
